Your building consultant will visually inspect the structural integrity of the house, evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the heating/cooling system, energy conservation, plumbing, electrical, windows, doors, fireplace and chimney

Question: Should I be Present During the Inspection?

Answer:
You are strongly encouraged to accompany us during the inspection. You are hiring our firm to evaluate the premises to determine it's stability for your use and finances. We are consultants for this process, and our ability to address your concerns, and communicate our findings is greatly enhanced by your presence.

Question: How About Our Report?

Answer:
We use ReportHost, which we will send to you after the completion of the inspections. I will take my notes & photos from the inspection to analyze it with ReportHost. This reporting goes into depth with a full description of each part of the reporting.

Question: Can Questions be Answered Following the Inspections?

Answer:
